Come and join a leading Document Capture company as a Technical/Application Consultant (£30-45K Plus Benefits)
We are looking for a Technical Specialist / Application Consultant to come and join our team working out of Shenfield Essex.
The role we are recruiting for involves support of specialist Document Capture, Intelligent Document Recognition/Classification and Enterprise Content Management systems from major vendors such as Kofax and IBM FileNet. Previous technical experience with these or other document capture and ECM platforms would be a significant advantage.
You will be in possession of good infrastructure support skills (focused on Microsoft environments primarily), and be ambitious to develop your skills as a technical support professional and Application Consultant, possess good verbal and written communications skills and should be comfortable with working on client sites as the situation demands .
Technical training in specific vendor software will be provided, and it is anticipated that the person taking up this role will experience significant career progression as we expand and deepen our customer base in the areas of Document Capture, ECM, Document Analytics, Content Migration and Robotic Process Automation, and as we expand our team of technical specialists in these areas.
Salary is flexible based on your qualifications and experience, but is expected to be in the range of £30 - £45K, to which will be added an attractive benefits package.
