Your Role: Based in the South of England/Wales and reporting into the Technical Department in Ross-on-Wye, you will be responsible for providing onsite technical support and training for new and existing customers. Working in close liaison with the WS sales team and in particular the Area Sales Managers you will develop relationships with existing customers through regular technical based meetings. You will also help plan and supervise new product introductions and new customer start of production.
You will maintain regular dialogue with the engineering team in Ross-on-Wye providing well-structured reports and feedback from customer visits that form a key part to product development.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will have the relevant product and market knowledge not least a working knowledge of window profile systems and fabrication machinery setup. A working knowledge of different machine types and CNC programmed machinery would be advantageous but not essential.
You will be well presented personal and able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers. You will possess good organisational skills, adopt a structured approach to the role but also demonstrate an ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
