This is an opportunity to join a growing, vibrant and Investors in People accredited organisation based at Maylands Business Park in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. They are currently seeking a Technical Sales Executive within their prestigious Home Improvements division.

The role is an office and showroom-based position specialising in the installation of luxury home improvement, outdoor living and lifestyle products to affluent homeowners in Herts, Beds, and Bucks. You’ll be technically minded, preferably with experience selling and managing construction related products and projects.

They offer a range of the highest quality home improvement products that are manufactured by the most innovative and quality driven brands in Europe. Their products include Garage Doors, Entrance Doors, Windows, Balustrade, Bi-Folding Doors, Automated Awnings, Pergolas, Roller Shutters and Blinds. Brands include Renson, Markilux, Origin, Solarux, Luxaflex, Hormann and more.

Full product training will be available to the successful candidate.

Sales Executive Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for inbound enquiries via incoming calls, website leads and showroom visitors.
- Update and monitor their CRM system to track and progress leads and opportunities.
- Qualify, quote and negotiate with clients based on project specifications.
- Working as part of a small team to surpass sales targets and business objectives.
- The ability to manage customer expectations and deliver a first class customer experience.
- Cultivate relationships with potential and current key accounts to grow sustainable business.
- An ability to identify prospects and pro-actively pursue new sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Sales experience qualifying, quoting and closing sales with B2C and B2B customers.
- Technically minded with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with construction related products and services is beneficial.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship skills at all levels.
- Confident and professional written & verbal communications.
- Team or project management experience would be beneficial.
- Proficient on MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM Systems beneficial.
