They are recruiting for a permanent Technical Sales Coordinator to work at their Leeds branch.

As a Technical Sales Coordinator your role will be to provide effective Technical Sales Coordination and business administration duties for their air movement and core products in the Leeds branch and sales area.

To ensure and assist with the smooth and efficient running of the branch your duties will include but not restricted to:

- The processing of customers’ orders/ enquiries
- Purchasing stock items as necessary
- Liaising with other departments for credit control, product availability and delivery coordination.
- Liaising with suppliers for product information/ availability and delivery coordination
- To provide air movement technical support, offer advice and suggest alternative solutions to your customer in response to a customer query.
- To be able to accurately relay technical information to and received from a supplier in response to a customer query. To be able to interpret supplier catalogues, graphs etc. and accurately relay this information.
- To be able to size and select air movement items from information provided by a customer.
- Customer services
- General office duties

At every opportunity you will maximise and further develop their business opportunities for these product lines in conjunction with your Branch Manager and Regional Business Development Manager.

Person specification:
- Experience of working in a similar role and/ or environment
- Possess industry/ air movement product knowledge
- Be computer literate
- Proficient PC Skills with MS Office packages including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Explorer
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A logical thinker with the ability to solve problems pro-actively
- Good organisational skills
- Good office/ housekeeping skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team but also independently
- To be proactive, accurate, flexible and willing to learn new skills
- Be self motivated
