This consulting firm requires an RFP Bid Response Writer with proven acumen of the Public Sector procurement and and UK Government’s Digital Services (GDS) Digital Service Standards. You will have approximately 2-3 years previous experience in a similar technical RFP response writing role to assist and manage the bid writing process for Government frameworks such as DOS and G-Cloud and broader OJEU procurements.

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for generating responses to ensure well-written, accurate and compelling responses to RFP’s aligned to the prospects’ needs and requirements.
- Develop responses into key messages that are relevant in the context of the deal and ensure that responses emphasise Automation Logics strengths and differentiators.
- Assist in writing new and more complex RFP responses as well as proactively enhancing database answers.
- Develop strong working relationships with the contributors to the RFP process to maintain a continuous improvement in RFP responses and timelines
- Maintain and update responses in adherence to the company brand and marketing guidelines and writing style.

Essential Skills:
- Highly skilled communicator.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills and the ability to write compelling RFP responses.
- Proven track record of successfully responding to UK Central Government G-Cloud or DOS RFPs with strong acumen for Government Digital Services (GDS) Digital Service Standards.
- An understanding and ability to articulate the business model, industry and client segments using appropriate language and terminology.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control.
- Able to work on multiple assignments and complete high-quality work against strict and competing deadlines as dictated by internal teams, prospects, consultants and clients.
- Ability to manage priorities, plan and meet deadlines.
- RFP management and writing experience gained in a similar organisation / industry
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Ability to think and write creatively.
- Experience of working with consultants and consultant led RFPs.
- Proficient in Google applications and MS Office packages.

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of Cloud Automation, DevOps, or a detailed understanding of digital transformation projects.
