This company is looking for a couple of software development led PM's to manage some of their key projects and key clients. This role is all about project delivery. It’s not about updating project plans and documentation. You’d be a ‘do-er’. You’d be a stakeholder manager. You’d be a fully engaged Project Manager.

What would you do day to day?

The successful candidate would manage a number of internal and external projects, examples of which could include: smart metering, re-platforming their finance MI, Data migrations and helping their new supplier businesses to enter the UK market. The role will include working directly with new entrants to embed their suite of solutions as well as managing the licensing and accreditation of ‘off the shelf’ supply companies

To continue to deliver exceptional support for our clients, we need an extraordinary Project Manager to:

- Plan in detail the delivery of multiple projects
- Manage the delivery of industry leading technologies
- Work with industry regulators to gain licenses and accreditations
- Lead the business in the delivery and management of well executed projects

What skills would the ideal candidate have?

- You must have worked as a technical PM on software projects
- Energy industry knowledge would be a huge benefit, though not essential
- Project management of big data migration projects would be a plus
- Experience working in a regulated industry would also be beneficial
- This is a daily problem-solving role. You’d have to love that aspect of your work
- If you are familiar with working in an agile environment, then this is also a plus point
