This group is looking for a strong Development Manager to join their innovation team. They would like to see candidates who have a deep understanding of a broad set of technologies, coupled with the temperament and maturity befitting a client-facing team management role. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for running delivery teams across multiple projects for one of their key client accounts in the finance sector.
The work will involve staffing and leading teams as well overall development roadmap ownership and management for the technical delivery at the client. Strong Agile skills, lengthy experience in managing small and large teams, a hands-on approach to team leadership, and strong accountability and presence are all key characteristics for this role. You will be full-time on a single client account and a Finance sector background is highly sought after in this role.
The job will be 3 days a week at their client's location in Fenchurch Street and 2 days a week remote.
