This company provides Reliability Engineering Products and Services into the Energy market, specifically Power Generation and Oil & Gas. They are a young international company looking to expand their business in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, therefore they are keen to find ambitious Professionals to join their team.

Your primary responsibility will be to support all current company contracts by performing data entry, validation and analysis tasks and ensuring submittal and engineering review of data from their customer base. In addition, there will be customer facing elements to this role requiring interaction with power plant owner/operators via telephone and/or email; providing information on company products & services, soliciting participation in the company programme, supporting the retention of existing customers, and working to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Degree qualified or Technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience working with data, quality or system testing.
- Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate sound engineering judgment and a rigorous engineering attention to detail
- Familiarity with reliability/statistical techniques & methodologies would be an advantage.
- Experience in the Power Generation and/or Oil and Gas industries and/or demonstrable Gas and Steam turbines knowledge is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills; friendly & professional demeanor.
- Positive attitude, a high energy level and team player
- Familiarity with computers and standard software packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Demonstrate excellent Microsoft Excel skills in order to assist with data analysis activities and business reporting
- Foreign language skills would be an advantage
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
