This company is looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Service Adviser. You will join and develop as part or their expanding customer service department. This position is office based in the North East to provide telephone support and customer care assistance.
Main responsibilities include:
- A good knowledge of CNC Machines and Laser Cutter/Engravers
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical telephone support and trouble shooting
- Liaison between field engineers and customers
- Customer care support
- Efficient call logging
- Problem solving and handling
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A recognized qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication/administration and people skills
- CAD, CAM knowledge preferred
- Customer service experience essential
- Problem analysis and qualification with full resolution
