Due to growth, this company is looking for experienced IT Infrastructure Technical Consultants to join their Consulting and Project Services team. They are infrastructure transformation and Data Centre migration specialists. They own IP that is trusted by large corporate customers for their own and even their customer's migrations.
The Technical Consultant (TC), provides technical delivery on projects to support the ability to achieve booking and revenue targets.
The TC is responsible for the high-quality delivery of Consulting Services to our customers and works within a designated Practice area within the Delivery team.
This role will require travel across the UK to our numerous client sites.
The role provides a variety of engagements including direct and indirect engagements via product or consulting partners. Consulting & Project Services are dedicated to the delivery of programmes and projects across the Infrastructure/ Data-Centre and End User Computing technologies, focusing on ensuring the right solution is delivered on time and on budget.
Person Specification
- Proven delivery skills.
- Design capabilities (small to medium engagements) –Understanding of Technical Design Authority.
- Understanding of the sales and delivery process.
- Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Knowledge of the infrastructure industry and associated emerging trends.
- Demonstrated technical implementation of infrastructure solutions.
- Demonstrated design skills within own area of expertise.
