This company is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of insulation and environmentally innovative products that help the building / construction industry reduce its carbon footprint. To improve their profile in the UK, they wish to recruit a Technical Adviser to work on the Thermal Hotline
- Provide technical advice to customers, builders and architects and on regulatory topics such as Building Regulations, Part L and SAP compliance
- Provide onsite installation advice to builders/roofers using their products
- Carry out U value calculations for projects using their products
- Carry out condensation risk assessments and give advice on limiting condensation risk
- Provide training and support to the sales team
- Review and update product literature
- Carry out laboratory product testing
- Undertake projects and attend meetings/trade shows as agreed with the Technical Manager
