This is an opportunity to join a firm of accountants and business advisors with an ever-expanding financial claims division for which they now need additional team leaders to make a difference to their people and customers alike. The individual required will be experienced, professional, committed and enthusiastic whilst maintaining and delivering their three key values of honesty, integrity and loyalty.

The team leader will be responsible for ensuring their teams provide outstanding customer support and service to not only their prospective and new customers, but also their existing customer base. The right candidate will have a genuine passion in placing their people and customers at the heart of everything that they do, and who will thrive in a busy and challenging environment. Ideally you will be from a claims related environment with a sound knowledge of claims criteria and processes.

What the role involves:
- Coach and lead one of their financial claims compensation processing teams.
- Further develop their people to ensure high levels of customer service are always delivered.
- Impact positively on their culture of quality output and continuous improvement.
- Challenge their current efficiency and productivity levels.
- Work as an integral part of their leadership team to deliver on key operating objectives.
- Contribute to their continued progression and expansion.
- Be at the coalface with customers, lenders and other associated parties setting high standards.
- Get to know their claims process and system inside out, to lead your teams to continual success.
- Learn their processes and assess their effectiveness, and recommend

- You eat challenges for breakfast.
- You are a natural and highly motivated leader of people.
- Someone who leads from the front and does not manage from their desk.
- Someone who does not walk in at 9am amd leave at 5pm on the dot when there is work to be finished.
- You will be committed to maximising compensation amounts for their customers.
- You demonstrate daily that you are in full control of your team and their performance within the claims process vs set targets.
- You’re compelled and driven to contribute and influence outcomes.
- You’ll work like a Trojan Monday to Friday so we don’t need to work weekends

What skills & experience will you possess:
- You’ll ideally come from a finance / claims related environment
- We will expect you to continually motivate their people to perform to the highest levels.
- Continually coach their current and new members of staff.
- Completes work without constant instructions.
- Be commercially aware and think outside the box.
- Manage and prioritise tasks that impact on the revenue for the business.
- Ability to bring ideas and solutions to senior leadership team.

Working Hours:
Operational Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, However flexibility is a must and additional hours must be put in to ensure personal and business targets are achieved.
