They have an exciting opportunity for Team Leader to join the team based in Manchester.

You will start on a basic salary of £26k - £30k plus a great commission structure based on team performance.
You will be given a great commission structure.
Team Leader - Job Role:
- Manage an existing sales team.
- Tracking performance.
- Setting KPI and targets.
- Appraisals.
- Mentoring.
- Sales training.
- Quality assurance.

Further details:
- You will be based at our offices in Manchester City Centre.
- Full Time Hours: 45 hours per week,
- Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:30pm with breaks.
- As their Team Leader you will have a Holiday Allowance of 20 days paid holiday per annum, increasing with length of service, plus Bank Holidays plus extra time of in December if the team hit their yearly targets.
