Team Administrator

This is an opportunity to join a small but rapidly expanding business, specialising in managing insurance claims for damaged drainage systems.

Working within their Head Office in Maidenhead they are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their busy team.

List of duties included but not limited to:

- Answering the telephone & dealing with all incoming calls
- Assisting the Office Manager and Customer Manager with tasks as required
- Sending letters to customers
- Spell checking and finalising reports to send to customers/insurers
- Scanning documents to PDF & filing hardcopy paperwork
- Assisting with the follow up of new enquiries
- Creating new customer accounts, accurately entering details on to the system
- Updating of excel spreadsheets, documents & outlook calendar
- Calling customers to confirm appointments for the week/day ahead
- Liaising with various parties including estate agents, customers and septic tank empty companies to book in pre purchase surveys and inspections.
- Assisting the Office Manager with credit control when required

The type of person we’re looking for:

- Super-organised, able to diarise and prioritise tasks
- Confident on the telephone with excellent telephone manner
- An influential team player – able to manage flow of information/tasks through other team members to avoid unnecessary delays
- Self-motivated
- Competent using all Microsoft programs
- A fast learner with good attention to detail
- A passion for delivering great customer service
- Strong proof reading and writing skills

Administration experience in an office environment would be an advantage but we will consider candidates with no previous experience that have recently left education.

Full time position available 5 days a week. They will consider a part time role for the right candidate if preferred.

Salary c.£18,000 – £20,000 dependent on experience. – Pro-Rata for part time
