This company is seeking an efficient, motivated assistant to provide comprehensive administration support to the Investment Banking team of 24.

You should have experience in a similar environment in a PA, administration or client services position.
Working in a busy office, you should have excellent time management, communication and organisational skills, as well as being highly accurate and hardworking.
They require a confident and polished candidate who can build relationships quickly, and be client facing when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organising travel (flights, trains, cars), accommodation, visas and various logistics for site visits and ad-hoc trips
- Invoicing, retainers, outstanding payments and expenses – working closely with the finance team
- Correlation and preparation of corporate information for management and board meetings
- Diary management and phone cover for the team
- Client take-on procedures including company searches and background checks to comply with required regulations
- Arranging numerous client events including awards dinners, conferences and sporting experiences
- Preparation of presentations, pitches, credentials and marketing documents
- Updating the Company website and intranet content with the latest and accurate information
- Production of internal client broker reports
- Assisting with the development of peer analysis information and shareholder analysis reports
- Organising committee meetings and taking minutes
- General office assistance, support and liaising with the various departments in the firm

Employment Terms:
Salary of £28K - £32K, depending on experience
Annual discretionary bonuses
25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days during employment)

Permanent contract after 3 months probationary period
40 hours per week (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Essential Skills, Attributes and Credentials:
Previous experience supporting a similar team within Financial Services, Banking or Professional Services
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite 2010 and good general IT skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Hard-working with a can-do attitude
Detail oriented and logical
Able to plan own time effectively and be proactive
Able to make difficult decisions in highly pressurised situations and cope well under stress
Flexible approach to tasks and workload
Able to demonstrate a proactive and innovative attitude to tasks
Able to prioritise key tasks and meet strict deadlines
Outgoing, team player and able to interact with colleagues across the different departments
