L2/L3 Qualified Teaching support – Learning Needs – Sleaford - (40 hours p.w.)
L3 Qualified Residential Support Workers – Sleaford & Leicester - (full time/part time/ bank and waking nights)

Salary: £7.61 to £10.07 per hour (£8.20 for waking night staff) dependent on qualification and experience

This independent provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic support provides residential care and education for children and young people with emotional behavioral difficulties and learning disabilities. They are currently expanding their teams of Care/Support Workers and teaching Support to assist in the development of their children’s homes and Residential School.

What they are looking for:
- Some experience of working with children and young people with multiple complex needs including autism, learning difficulties, deep-rooted trauma, child sexual exploitation, sexually harmful behaviour and school refusal.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Hold level 2 teaching support qualification and be working towards Level 3
- Hold Level 3 or are working towards QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Full driving license and own transport

In addition, you need to be committed to providing an excellent level of care for their young people, enthusiastic in your approach to tough challenges, assertive and resilient in difficult situations and have great interpersonal skills.
