This Primary School is seeking to appoint a talented and ambitious Teacher and Leader to its team.

Upper KS2 – Full Time, Permanent contract, MPS/UPS, with potential for TLR3 Leadership

They are seeking an experienced and talented KS2 Teacher who will maintain their excellent academic standards, as well as bringing with them; fun, excellent behaviour management and the ability to inspire their growing young people.

The opportunity for leadership development is central to this role – a core focus will be to develop highly effective and informative assessment throughout the school, working with teaching colleagues, Governors and Parents.

Professional development in school leadership will be offered as a priority for the right candidate.

The Primary School is rural primary near Bourne, of up to 119 pupils on roll. It is highly regarded in the local community and has well-established and experienced staff. Governors, parents and members of the wider community are actively engaged in school life and bring valuable strength to their school.

The available role has arisen due to the promotion of a longstanding, outstanding teacher.
