As the talent co-ordinator for this company, you will be working very closely with Talent Managers and Upper management. The role requires someone who is very keen on planning, pays attention to detail and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You'll be part of a close-knit and inspiring team, passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for their talent. You'll ensure a seamless planning and communication process by handling all the details, so their talent can focus on their shows.

They will trust you to:

- Take ownership of the end to end talent journey to provide a consistent, high touch experience
- Effectively manage all scheduling tasks, including cancellations
- Effectively manage all admin work including managing contracts and general office management

You'll need me to have:

- Above standard organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with MS Excel and Google Drive software
- Have some experience in events management

They would:

- Prior experience in a Recruitment, Events Management or HR coordination role
- Enthusiastic approach to improving process efficiencies
- Passion to learn and develop skills within talent management

The Ideal candidate needs to be located in and around the Milton Keynes area. Please do not apply if you are outside a 30 minute commute to Milton Keynes.
