An opportunity has arisen for a Surveyor to join one of the leading Door Entry and Gate Automation Specialists based in West London covering London and all surrounding counties.
As a Surveyor you will have the responsibility for undertaking site surveys and the design of security systems. You will work closely with the Estimating Department to ensure detailed and viable quotes are created and customer requirements and expectations are maintained to high standards at all times.
You must be fluent in English both spoken and written & attention to detail is a must as completing detailed site survey forms & collating accurate information to be used to prepare quotes & produce proposals for each visit will be an essential part of the role.
The Surveys will cover Automatic Gates, Access Control Systems & CCTV systems. You must have previous knowledge and experience of working with Door Entry Systems/ Access Control Panels &/or Door Automation & the ability to establish a client’s security requirements & to undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Must have previous electronic and door entry systems experience.
- Valid UK Driving License.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control or gate automation systems would be beneficial.
- Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
- Fluent English spoken and written is a must.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Act professionally and courteously at all times.
- Act responsibly and with necessary care for himself, the property of others and his team.
- Must be a good team worker.
Salary between £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
The working hours of this role will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 5:00pm.
Occasional overtime will be available.
You will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, iPad (all business use only), Health and Safety training, in-house training on company products and 28 days paid holiday inc Bank Holidays
Although their Head Office is based in Hounslow this is a field based role and you will be expected to travel around London and the surrounding counties.
