This is an opportunity to join a specialist care provider delivering living and outreach support to people with learning disabilities and associated complex needs conditions.

They pride themselves as a company who support people with learning disabilities to live the best version of their lives. They are a small company which allows them to remain personal and every member of staff is valued for the unique insight they bring. The structure and size of their company also means that there is plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and help them shape the organisation. They create together.

With this role, you will collaborate on effective support-planning for their service users. In return, there are excellent rates of pay and an opportunity to work with a team who will support you to grow. (There are also opportunities for people to join as an apprentice – please get in touch to find out more.)

They would ideally like someone who has experience of being a support worker with people with learning disabilities and autism. They are however very open to ambitious people with the right attitude as they will provide training and support on the job.

They are looking for a male support worker to support their male residents. They are looking for people who are pro-active, dynamic and who are interested in care.

You will be working in a relaxed, professional but completely non-corporate environment. Their services are based in the town area of Putney, and if you came to work with them, you would join their small community of people working in a lovely residential area near the river.

The hourly rate can be offered between £8 to £12 p/h based on experience and education (£17-25,000 p/y).

Based in Putney in South West London near the River Thames.

This is an exciting opportunity to build on your current care skills, or to get a foot in the door in care in a company where you will have the support and opportunity to grow. You would be working alongside a young and vibrant team.

There is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with working peers, and to grow and develop in your role.
