This is an opportunity to join a care service provider who are dedicated to delivering support and guidance to young people aged 16-18 years old.

You will provide direct support to young people, ensuring that all aspects of their independent living transition and experience is positive and productive. They are looking for people who can ensure that young people feel supported and valued in all aspects of their placement and to ensure that young people have access to a range of services which can contribute to them successfully completing their independence living training.

You will receive ongoing accredited training and support and personal development.

- 2 to 3 years experience of working with children and young people
- Applicants should be over 25 years old
- A full driving license with business cover where applicable, are essential requirement of this post.
- An NVQ Level 3 in Social Care is desirable

Salary & Benefits
- A competitive rate of pay between £8.50 and £10.00 per hour depending on level of qualifications and experience

This growing business requires a number of Support Workers to work within various locations in the Northwest, including Morecambe, Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Blackpool and surrounding areas. They have a positions available on various types of contracts, including full-time, part-time, bank work and fixed term contracts.

Shifts are based on a rota basis and will include some sleep-in duties, including evenings and weekends.
