You’ll be supporting older people, people with disabilities and other people who have support needs to live at home as independently as possible. Shifts require a degree of flexibility as you’ll need to be able to work early mornings and late into the evening. You’ll also need to be a car driver for this role, but they keep travel time between calls to an absolute minimum and pay you 31p per mile.
