This is an opportunity to join a leading and growing provider of services for individuals with learning difficulties, offering accommodation based support to adults who need support to enable them to live in their own homes and access the community.

They are looking for experienced individuals to join their successful and expanding team. The role involves lone working and involves the support of individuals who are striving to live as independently as possible in the community, whilst respecting their rights and dignity.

They would require you to have experience of working in this area and have a good understanding of the level of service expected. Service users live in and around East Bristol so holding a valid driving licence would be desirable but is not an essential requirement.

The role requires candidates who can work flexible shift patterns including weekends. Being a 24 hour support service we also require sleep-in shifts to be carried out.

Currently they are seeking Support Workers with experience of:

- Supported Living
- Autism
- Complex care needs
- Epilepsy
- Personal care, manual handling and good communication skills are all important qualities and skills needed to fulfil this role.

They have vacancies in a number of their supported living houses, each of which require skills and experience appropriate to the care and support needs of the occupants.

Immediate starts are available for successful applicants, subject to satisfactory receipt of an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. Should your application be of interest to us initially we will contact you for a telephone interview.
