They are seeking to appoint Full and Part time Support Workers for their Homes in Marlborough Wiltshire.
The ideal Support Worker/Carer will possess the following skills and qualities:
- Patience and the passion to understand residents’ individual needs and promote their independence
- Ability to support them with cooking, cleaning, personal care and engaging within the community
- Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, some weekends and sleep ins
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
