Family run business offering the core trades including plumbing, drainage, electrical and groundworks with a dedicated and reliable directly employed workforce.

You will be involved to daily activities which will be varied and include the following-
- Support the director
- Updating the training matrix and booking training courses to ensure operatives are fully qualified to meet new regulations
- Assisting the Helpdesk to help to maximise efficiency amongst the teams
- Collate engineers worksheets and check against jobs
Managing quote requests and ensuring these are provided to the client within 5 days
- Chase outstanding quotations and update the system
- Liaising with the operations team and suppliers to formulate quotations
- Cover Out of Hours phones on a rotation (phone and ipad provided)
*Out-of-hours phone cover is carried out on rotation basis and paid in addition to salary
- Carrying out administration, including filing, processing supplier invoices and deliveries

Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a service industry
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Highly motivated and thorough with an eye for detail
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as alone
- Have a can do attitude and want to deliver a great customer service

18000-20000 Plus Call out cover allowance for phones
