This exceptional new opening presents an opportunity to join the management team at this Double Queen’s Award winning company. They are involved in the design and distribution of exclusive printed and woven fabrics to the International Hospitality, Healthcare and Workspace markets. This is an opportunity to work within a high-performance culture, amongst a forward-thinking team whose products are acknowledged to be among the most innovative in the field.

Responsible to the Chief Operating Officer, the role takes responsibility for the management and development of the international supply chain function, including
- MRP
- Stock control
- Supplier relationships
- Quality compliance systems.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of supply chain management and will demonstrate a through and accurate approach to their tasks, evidencing strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.

Candidates must also have
- A proven track record of efficiency management
- Have the ability to negotiate with suppliers
- An aptitude for developing and managing staff
- The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets within an ever-changing environment is also essential
- A professional attitude and commitment towards their companies key principles of customer excellence and continual improvement
- CIPS qualified and textiles experience would be advantage.

Salary and bonus scheme will be commensurate with skills and experience.

Basic hours: 40 hours per week 08.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. (They currently operate an early finish initiative each Friday whereby they finish at 15:00 p.m. providing half hour lunches are taken in the week).
