This company require a team orientated person to support the development of integrated planning through the business and operations.

You will lead monthly and bi weekly Supply Chain meetings to ensure operations deliver agreed sales and marketing plan on time and in full.
You will be required to analyse performance and expedite all suppliers in support of sales and marketing plan, whilst supporting commercial plan optimise inventory, managing overstocks and stock turn.
You will lead operational efficiency programmes via departmental RCI events – coaching and mentoring teams in RCI methodology and project management and will be expected to use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.
You will be also responsible for assembling data, analysing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations which support Supply Chain planning and operations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver the Sales & Marketing plan whilst optimising inventory
- Proactively manage and communicate any constraining factors
- Develop monthly reports on supply chain performance
- Delivery of sales & marketing plan and with constraining factors
- Inventory availability and performance
- Lead Time analysis and Supplier performance
- Improve operational efficiency and visibility of performance through - RCI project management -
- Gather and interpret relevant data to support improvements in supply chain
- Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop and implement solutions
- Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals

Technical Skills
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Franchised Supply chain processes and impact on wider business
- Experience in Lean methodology, tools and principles
- Change management
- People management
- LN super user
- Manufacturing and warehouse experience
-Good commercial acumen with customer service experience
- Ability to communicate internally with peers and managers through email and presentations
- In-depth knowledge of ERP applications, BI, data structures and processes relating to the supply chain
- Able to create KPI’s and dashboards to measure and control key processes
- Experience of managing Chinese suppliers and commercial processes
- Advanced Microsoft user in particular Excel
