Well established maintenance company is currently looking for teams to carry out refurbishments projects and planned works in London and South East.
Your main duties will be minor refurbishment works in tenanted and void properties in social housing sector including carpentry, decorating, tiling, plastering, flooring basic electric and basic plumbing.
The successful teams must be very customer-focused and be able to communicate effectively with clients and tenants. Experience of working on contracts within the social housing sector would be an asset.
As a subcontractor you should:
- Have your own transport and tools
- Be able to supply your own materials
- Have appropriate Public Liability Insurance
They can provide all year round workload and the opportunity to use their materials.
Rates are dependent on location and trades covered and they are to be discussed in the interview.
