Subcontractor’s teams required
This is an opportunity to join a well-established maintenance company working within the social housing sector on pre-planned and reactive maintenance works. They are currently experiencing rapid growth across all their contracts and they are recruiting for teams to work in the following London areas: West, North West, North and East.
Your main duties will be minor refurbishment works in tenanted and void properties in social housing sector including carpentry, decorating, tiling, plastering, basic electric and basic
plumbing.
The successful candidates must be very customer-focused and be able to communicate effectively with clients and tenants. Experience of working on contracts within the social housing sector would be an asset.
As a subcontractor you must have:
- Your own transport and relevant tools
- A current clean driving licence
They can provide all year round workload and the opportunity to use their materials.
Rates are dependent on location and trades covered and they are to be discussed in the interview.
