An opportunity has arisen for a Studio Assistant to join the busy team at a long established leading firm of printers in Larkfield, nr Maidstone, Kent.
The successful applicant will have some experience within the print industry with a preference given to those who have knowledge of the flexographic printing process.
Experience of the Adobe Creative Suite of Applications is desired, as is a knowledge of print media.
You will need to be adaptable, self-motivated, highly organised and able to work under your own initiative, with some guidance from the Studio Manager.
The job encompasses many skills such as, but not limited to, printers’ proof preparation, pre-press, finishing & product spec production, social media database maintenance and designing marketing campaigns. Training will be given in areas such as job docket creation and studio administration.
Full time permanent post, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
25 days annual leave
Salary Circa £20,000 pa dependent upon experience, rising to Circa £25,000 over a two year period once targets are met.
