The Company is a high successful Company with Headquarters in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The business has grown annually over its 40 year history and now employs over 350 in Rotherham and 600 across the Group in the UK.

The role is varied, working within a team. Some of the duties that will be involved in this role are as follows;

1. Stock Control: picking and putting away components from and to stock carousels, and maintenance of carousels via regular counts and housekeeping.
2 Picking / putting away components from storage carousels
2. Seal Assembly: building bearing isolator seals from component form.
3. Marking: engraving of components prior to build.
4. Packing: boxing assembled products ready for despatch.
5. Inspection: measurement of components prior to build to ensure design compliance.
6. Assisting with goods in and despatch
7. Occasional pressure testing of certain seal types
N.B this list is not exhaustive, the job holder is required to carry out reasonable tasks within his/her level of skill and ability.

You will be IT literate, ideally with previous experience of working within an engineering or warehouse environment. You should share their desire to provide exceptional customer service and be eager to assist in the continuous improvement of the organisation. Excellent time keeping is required

The hours of work are ordinarily 9:00am - 5:00pm or 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

However, in order to maintain appropriate social distancing within the workplace, the hours of work have been temporarily changed to 7am - 7pm on a 3 day a week shift (Monday - Saturday). This shift pattern will be discussed at interview.

The business has conducted risk assessments and put measures in place in order to operate safely in the current situation. You will be expected to follow the measures that have been put in place in order for us to continue to operate safely, under government guidance.
