This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading e-commerce and technology platforms. They deliver an extensive catalogue of PC games and digital entertainment to customers in more than 200 territories worldwide, with sales in excess of 85 million products to date.

Their Operations team is one of the busiest teams here, being responsible, predominantly, for building and making live all products and bundles on the website; but there is much, much more.

They want an experienced, detail-orientated person to assist with the ever-increasing workload.

Some of the tasks are:
~ Uploading of game keys to products
~ Dealing with store support and store admin queries
~ Looking after the banner schedule
~ Responsible for looking after the low-key reports
~ Checking regional prices
~ Monitoring and updating the WIP report
~ Creation of vouchers
~ Checking release schedule for any product comments
~ Setting up new suppliers to the admin system
~ Responding to Trustpilot reviews
~ A variety of other housekeeping/product page enhancement tasks

An acute eye for detail, accuracy, first-rate time-management skills and organisational skills are some of the most important elements needed. A can-do attitude, initiative, and looking for ways to improve methodologies and working practices are essential. It's a fast-paced environment so a willingness to learn quickly and the ability to disseminate complex information is important.

Skills:
~ At least 2-4 years of experience in an admin role.
~ GCSE or above in English.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
~ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite is preferable.
