General Purpose

To ensure accurate ordering and tracking of Copier, Mailroom and Telecoms stock.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- Ensuring all PO’s have an up to date ETA and accurate status
- Follow escalation of Back-ordered equipment
- Update all personnel involved in stock requests to confirm status of request/order
- Contribute to the Provision of Customer Service
- Update all electronic and paper files of all stores processes
- Moving or Handling
- Keep Work areas Clean
- Process Returned Goods
- Monitor the Receipt, Storage and Dispatch of goods
- Ensure routine stock takes are attended and recorded accurately
- Ensure procedures are followed
- Maintain their master database and ensure that this is continually updated to meet the needs of the Business
- Liaise with other departments and assist them in Stores related issues
- Support Stores Manager
- Other adhoc duties

Education and Experience
- Understanding of Microsoft Office is essential
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Keyboard skills
