This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare company based in Leeds city centre offering Speech and Language Therapy, Counselling and Wellbeing support to schools. All direct therapy is delivered via their online platform, developed in-house and specifically designed to provide fun and engaging speech and language therapy sessions and assessments. They are seeking a compassionate, hard-working, forward thinking therapist who desires the opportunity to develop new and innovative ideas and become an integral part of their core team.
They are accepting applications from newly qualified therapists for this role, as well as more experienced therapists.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- BSc/ MSc in a relevant degree i.e. Speech and Language Therapy.
- RCSLT and HCPC membership
- Experience providing therapy to children and young people with a range of clinical presentations.
- Experience assessing and managing communication disorders
- Interest in developing coaching and training packages for schools and colleges
- Ability to manage safeguarding issues in line with company policy and procedures
- Maintain continuous professional development, adhering to their own professional body’s guidelines
- Keen interest to develop therapeutic skills around the online delivery of Speech and Language Therapy input.
- Proven communication and team working skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working with children and young people with social, emotional and mental health difficulties
- Interest in working with children of secondary school age and above
- Knowledge of school primary and/or secondary curriculum as it relates to speech and language therapy.

Salary: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 per year dependent on experience
