This company is one of the world’s most respected successful skin care brands. They are all about innovation, commitment and excellence.

This role is based in their Leatherhead headquarters in Surrey, working alongside a small team of developers, and other global IT team members.

To support their global growth, they need to accelerate technology deployment that supports their digital innovation projects. You will concurrently work on a variety of projects and own the end to end design from inception through to the completion of delivery.

You require excellent attention to detail, as you will frequently need to examine functional specifications and translate them into system guidelines that shape project development as well as find ways to integrate solutions with enterprise-level systems.

You will lead the technology analysis of alternatives, to shortlist technology solutions that support our functional requirements

Essential Skills:
You will need to be highly technical and able to translate functional requirements into robust software solutions, long with the following skills:

Technical Literacy – determine how a software solution fits into an organization’s current structure and assists in the development of specifications and requirements

Analytical Assessment – a high level of analysis, examine companies’ current systems and determine overall project needs and scope

Schedule Management – extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time

Team Leadership –direct development teams internally and externally throughout the project development lifecycle, leadership and motivation is essential

Communication–responsible for communicating with team embers, clients, and external vendors, so exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills

Problem-Solving–excellent problem-solving, able to quickly change direction based on updated business specifications or system limitations

Professional qualifications:
- Degree in Computer science or IT
- Recommended Professional Qualifications like TOGAF, ITIL Foundation, AWS Solutions Architect.
