This company is a leading supplier of premium worktops in the UK. Due to expansion, they have a vacancy for a worktop fabricator to manufacture Corian / Solid surface products. Corian / Solid surface fabrication is carried out with conventional woodworking machinery so candidates with joinery experience or woodworking machinery experience will be given full training in all aspects of worktop fabrication. Their products are bespoke so the role is varied and with a list of very high end clients the design are often very interesting and challenging.
They are looking for candidates who have experience of solid surface fabrication or bench hand joinery to apply. It is essential that you are able to work to a very high level of accuracy / quality. It is also important to be able to achieve deadlines allocated to each project.
You will be based in our new purpose built factory in the centre of Kendal and work within a friendly team. Hours of work Monday – Friday 7-5pm and overtime will be available
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Immediate start available, however they will honour a candidate’s notice period where applicable.
