You are:
A highly organised Solicitor who understands the importance of excellent customer care. You have a high standard when it comes to the detail of your work and are well and truly committed to delivering a great service.

You are naturally supportive and enjoy providing training and support to non-qualified team members and are happy to take on some management/team leader responsibilities for a well-established, amenable team.

You must have:
- 3+ years PQE, which must include substantial experience of dealing with Personal Injury and claimant road traffic accident debt recovery matters, including credit hire.
- Experience of delivering training and support to non-qualified members of the team.
- Additional experience of dealing with the following would be an advantage:
o Defendant personal injury claims
o Non-RTA subrogated claims debt recovery
o Fraudulent claims

You will:
Conduct a case load consisting of fast track personal injury claims (mostly claimant but some defended) and multi-track recovery claims, to include credit hire and recoveries in complex (non RTA) cases. The role will provide opportunities to contribute to the development of the team both in respect of its skills and knowledge but also the precedents and processes used. You will also provide advice across the department, possibly in the form of training sessions and assist on limiting Risk.

Working in their friendly, open-plan office, you will be responsible for supporting a small team of 6 experienced Claims Handlers, providing coaching, mentoring and support to those conducting subrogated debt recovery claims arising from RTAs.

Office hours are 9am – 5pm.

They are committed to equality of opportunity and welcome applications from all sections of the community.

If large volumes of applications are received it may not be possible to respond to everyone. If you have not received a response within two weeks of applying please assume your application has not been successful and accept the firm's apologies for not providing a personal response.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a Basic Disclosure for unspent criminal convictions.
