Advising and assisting clients and insurers on a broad range predominantly Employment and General Civil Litigation matters. Where appropriate undertake advocacy in the County Courts and Employment Tribunal.
Deputising in an operational capacity for the Director of Legal Service including the supervising staff and ensuring compliance is adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
Dealing mainly with contested Employment cases and when applicable assisting on Civil Litigation matters including:
- Discrimination, unfair dismissal and TUPE
- Contractual disputes and remedies
- Boundary disputes/nuisance/tort
- Landlord and Tenant/housing
- Other disputed matters
Must have proven drafting skills
Assist and supervising staff
To maintain working methods aimed at achieving agreed KPIs
To promote the Company and utilise networking opportunities for the growth of the Company and having a commercial acumen on fees
