Solar PV Project Manager x 2

We are a leading provider of renewable solar PV technologies, helping homeowners as well as businesses throughout the United Kingdom to discover the benefits of cleaner, greener energy.

We are looking for 2 Project Managers to join the growing team to manage all aspects of Solar PV installations. You will be responsible for Installation Teams and Team Managers as well as managing the timely and accurate installation to all properties within a project portfolio. 

Job role:
- Managing the property portfolio to ensure all suitable properties are installed within the timeframe allocated. 
- Work closely with the design, survey, and delivery teams to achieve the above. 
- Ongoing performance management of team managers including regular performance reviews. 
- Ongoing training and development of Team Managers. 
- Acting as a point of contact for key client representatives throughout the process and being the ‘face of the company’. 
- Set and meet targets for Health & Safety Audits of teams and regular reporting of non-conformance figures to the management team. 
- Ensuring Health and Safety compliance through all aspects of your Team Managers at all times and pro-actively deal with any reactionary Health and Safety issue on site ‘real-time’ by following company procedure and policy.  
- Maintain balanced and accurate stock levels through smart communication and accurate record keeping.  
- Issuing of daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Senior Management team. 

Required skills:
- Proven history of first-hand of Project Management experience
- Hold the relevant electrical qualifications
- Knowledge and confidence to make correct real time business critical decisions
- A The ability to work under pressure
- The ability to work as part of a team, and at times alone
- Full clean UK driving license
- IT skills, particularly MS Excel and Microsoft SharePoint
- A natural drive for quality and success

Full-time, Permanent – Hours: 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
