This independent software company based in central Bristol has an excellent reputation for both their efficiency and productivity boosting product suite and their approach to client care.

In this role you will report to: Projects Team Leader
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

Description of Post:
In this role as Software Trainer you will be expected to travel nationally to deliver high quality and in depth training on the full product suite to new and existing clients from their offices. You will also have the opportunity to deliver on line training to our existing client base from your home.

At client sites you will deliver both classroom training for groups of up to 10 people on different modules of the software and desktop training, sitting with individual end users of the software and ensuring they are fully confident in using their Case Management Application.

Please be aware this role requires extensive UK travel.

Main Responsibilities are:
- Attend client office sites to deliver training on the full range of products including the core matter management application, MI Reporting Suite, Document Bundling and Workflow Module.
- Deliver classroom training to groups of up to 10 end users following the Training Programme and dealing with ad hoc queries and questions from users
- Deliver desktop training to individual users providing tailored guidance and demonstrating specific aspects of the software products
- Provide ad hoc support to end users liaising with other members of the team where needed
- Apply required configuration to the software whilst on client site, amending aspects of the software where needed.

Outcomes of the Role include:
- All users comprehensively trained on all applicable aspects of the software
- Feedback of client recommendations for software improvements back into the business for development consideration (Road Map)
- Feedback of any on site issues to the Project Manager or the Support Desk
- Ensuring all users receive a positive go live experience resulting in satisfied clients prepared to act as reference sites of the company
- Any required configuration to the client database fed back to the Project Manager accordingly

Skills Required for the Role include:
- Previous experience of providing training to end users of a software product
- Impeccable oral communication and standard of English
- Ability to engage an audience
- Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical language
- Logical thinking and ability to problem solve
- Consultancy skills
- Extensive knowledge of the MS Office product suite
