An enthusiastic Software Support Assistant is needed to join a rapidly growing specialist Fire Risk Assessment Team, based in Wood Green, North London. They are currently rolling out a bespoke web-based, fully integrated ‘Actions Management’ system for the Fire Risk Assessment industry. The successful candidate will be working within a rewarding sector and enjoy a diverse, varied and challenging position. Reporting to the Software Systems Manager, the Support Assistant will handle customer support requests via phone, e-mail, voicemail and text from their four main clients. On a day-to-day basis, you would be expected to solve basic issues, supporting surveyors and clients and assisting the software support manager. You will also be expected to turn your hand to a number of other administrative tasks, depending on what is needed and who requires help.
Great customer repartee and excellent communication skills, as well as a willingness to learn, with an adaptable skillset and a basic understanding of problem-solving. As software development continues apace, an eye for detail in testing and data quality assurance are equally necessary. Advance excel is essential.
