This is an opportunity to join a deliberately small company providing software and support to independent Hair and Beauty Salons.
They are looking to add a Technical Support / Customer Service Professional to their team. Industry experience is not required as onsite training will be offered to the right applicant although good computer literacy is essential.
You will provide client support, log issues in a CRM application and maintain customer satisfaction. You will also provide software training.
If you have an interest in helping customers and technology and you have IT Help desk experience you are encouraged to apply.
What will be expected of you.
- Provide technical support from their Brighton based office by telephone, email, and/or remote desktop connection
- Document the status of all client communications
- Developing and maintaining knowledge and skill in supported products and in those products associated with supported products, as required
- Advising time-frames for solution implementation with clients and updating clients on progress during problem resolution
- Conduct Software training to customers
- Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required
Key Relationships
You will deal with other Team members internally. Externally you will communicate with end-user customers and in some cases technology partners.
Specific Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical & Fault finding skills
- Knowledge of Computer hardware
- Windows desktop operating systems
