This is an opportunity to join a small, friendly team as a Software Support and Customer Service Analyst (SSCSA) working for an established IT company based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

The company provides a comprehensive range of workforce management solutions. As a SSCSA you will be responsible for assisting customers on their journey from planning through implementation to optimum use of software to support their business objectives.

This is a customer service role that involves analysing customer requirements, offering suitable advice for best practise and taking ownership of customers progress with the software. This role is predominately customer facing and therefore requires all applicants to enjoy building rapport with customers via telephone.

Duties to include;
- Identifying customer requirements and priorities to ensure effective use of systems
- Contributing to the design, development and testing of new products and releases
- Managing and resolving customer support calls
- Delivering customer training via webinar and face to face
- Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implementing a process of continuous improvement in respect of tools, techniques and documentation to ensure the services are delivered effectively
- Contributing to the maintenance of the corporate website and producing customer engagement campaigns

The successful candidate will;
- Be computer-literate and have an interest in the latest technologies and trends
- Be articulate and confident on the telephone and face to face
- Have relevant experience in IT and software, although full training will be provided
- Likely to be educated to at least A Level or equivalent
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have a UK driving licence

In return they are looking to offer a starting salary of £20,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience. The company offers a performance-based salary review after six months.
