As a growing merchant services company, they are seeking to incorporate a Business Systems Analyst/ Website Developer within the team. The primary purpose of this position is to analyse, design, configure, develop and maintain customizations and enhancements for their CRM - SalesForce. Furthermore, the job entails integration of an E-commerce gateway.

Successfully running since 2014, the company is on the verge of witnessing rapid expansion across the country, and further diversification of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build cloud-based services for E-commerce and integrate a hosting gateway.
- Assist with the development of the SalesForce CRM platform customization, the design of the platform, documenting the functionality and supporting the internal user community.
- Develop an understanding of assigned applications and internal customer areas, standards and techniques, and general business knowledge.
- Recommend possible improvements to SalesForce, and be prepared to learn any new technologies that could be used to deliver Business solutions.
- Lead significant technical initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
- Analyse KPI’s, business use cases, provide solutions and produce relevant reports.
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related subject.
- Experience with configuring or customizing a CRM system, preferably SalesForce CRM.
- Experience in building large-scale high performance web based solutions and E-commerce.
- Knowledge of the use of payment Gateway and E-commerce.
- Problem solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Knowledge of modern best practices for professional software development including source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Working knowledge of HTML and web technologies.
- Experience with developing and consuming secure web services is preferred.
- Microsoft Office Package expertise.
