This is an exciting opportunity to join a full service Digital Agency and Software Development Company based in Kentish Town with a small office in Barcelona. We are an innovation company comprising of around 35 passionate individuals. They specialise in developing bespoke LAMP-based web-applications, workflow systems, mobile apps and websites.

They work across multiple sectors including Finance, Charity, Health, Government, Recruitment and Property with a broad range of clients including BBC, Enterprise Finance, NHS, Galliard Homes, War Memorials Trust, Against Breast Cancer and Crisis.

They are looking for someone with strong experience of manual testing / Quality Assurance of bespoke web-based applications. The role would suit someone who is self-motivated and passionate about delivering high quality software products.

You would be working closely with Technical Project Managers and Developers on a variety of cutting-edge new development projects relating to diverse sectors as well as working on some of their on-going projects for retained clients. They would expect you to have a strong background in manual testing & QA of serious web-based applications and workflow systems.

You must be a hard-working and a dedicated team player to fit in their busy but relaxed working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a challenge and to take a lead on the company’s software testing activities.

Ideal candidates will have:

- A minimum of 3 years’ of direct hands on manual software testing of complex web-based applications and workflow systems
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience of devising business-led scenarios from scratch as well as from supplied business use cases
- An understanding of Automated Testing and how and when this activity will support the overall end-to-end software testing process
- Knowledge and experience of any testing-based tools to aid and streamline the testing processes
- Knowledge of SQL and ISTQB or relevant testing certificate
- Excellent written and spoken English
