If you’re looking to develop your skills as a C++ Software Engineer, this role will need little introduction. This company's mission is always to seek out the best talent. Due to expansion they are looking for several C++ Engineers to join their team so if you’re ready for a new challenge, you could be looking at your next great role.

Designing, implementing and testing improvements to their 3D imaging processing pipeline, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with the Research team. Here, you’ll design and implement improvements in our SDK and software products such as Studio and BioVolume as well as assist the Operations team with customer implementation.

On a day-to-day basis, key responsibilities will encompass:

- Designing and developing new software products and extending the feature sets of existing products
- User Interface layout and design using tools such as QTML and QSS
- Unit and regression test construction, logging, error handling and instrumentation
- Documenting C++ design and test design documentation using Doxygen
- Participating in coding reviews, coding standards and updating/maintaining software (CMake-based) builds
- Contributing to review requirements, design and code and release planning
- Participating in the Agile process, generating and maintaining JIRA tickets to maximise planning, tracking, releasing and reporting of robust products.

With a high level of C++ coding skills, good English written and spoken communication skills as well as the ability to clearly document processes and procedures, to perform well in this role, ideally you will have:

- BSc or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, eg. Mathematics, Physics or Computer Engineering
- Experience of Computer Vision architecture/pipeline design, enhancement and implementation
- Experience of testing, reviewing and reporting (eg Agile)
- Demonstrable experience of debuggers and analysis tools
- Experience with QT and specifically QT3D, QTML and QSS highly desirable
