This company is looking for highly motivated .NET developers who have a strong technical background, and also enjoy working directly with clients, helping them to solve real business issues to join their development team in London.

The role:
The role involves hands-on software development, working closely with their client teams using Agile development processes. The candidate would also provide technical expertise and consultancy services for their expanding client base. In addition to technical capability, strong analytical, written communication and presentation skills are extremely important to this role.

Job requirements:
- Essential knowledge of BDD/TDD software development practices and processes, including the championing/mentoring of the practice within the team
- Development of BDD/TDD scripts , including the championing/mentoring of the practice within the team
- Ability to translate MoSCoW, User stories and story points into pragmatic solutions
- Capability of working to very tight timescales whilst maintaining quality product development
- Implementing APIs for internal and external use.
- Building up a useful, robust automated test suite to support a Continuous Deployment environment.
- Being involved in the wider programme development community, identifying good practices that can be adopted across the programme and sharing experiences.
- Sharing knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team, both developers and non-developers
Taking part in 2nd-line support of applications and platforms
- Demonstrate insight, interest, experience and drive
- Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance; ability to work with stakeholders to document requirements as user stories.
- Ensure and support programme standards, such as continuous integration, automated testing and code quality are adhered to.

- ASP.NET Web API 5.2.3
- .NET Framework 4.6.2
- .NET Core 2.0
- C#
- Frontend experience, HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, AngularJS, TypeScript,
- Frontend test frameworks, Jasmine, Karma
- Cloud development experience, MS Azure, PAAS, SAAS
RESTful APIs
- Unity 4.0.1(dependency injection container)
- NUnit or testing framework
- Entity Framework (code first)

Desirable:
- Azure SQL Database
- SQL Server
- Azure Active Directory Graph API
- Visual Studio Team Service
- Git
- Continuous Integration (MSBuild)
- Azure Application Insights
- Azure Key Vault
- Experience building microservices
- Some experience in DevOps tech such as PowerShell or Jenkins
