This is an opportunity to join an IT services and software company specialising in the Financial Services market. Established in 2003 and based in Leeds city centre (Park Square) The company has a growing and prestigious customer base. It uses a range of technologies from the traditional/mainstream (SQL, C#, .NET) to the more leading edge and is looking for a talented Developer with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude to join its small team.

While strong technical skills are essential the company is looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and personable individual who is able to respond well to the varied demands inherent in this type of business and has the potential to really grow with the company.

Key Duties
- Work within the software development team to research, design, develop, test and deliver business goal supporting solutions.
- Work with existing processes and work with the development team to improve these processes.
- Continually update technical knowledge and skills thru training and research.
- Support business solutions when required.

Ideal Profile
- Computer degree with high software development content
- 2-3 years post graduate software development experience
- Experience in various technologies i.e. C#/.NET/SQL/SQL Server/C# WinForms/ASP.NET
- Good understanding of Relational Databases
- Good understanding of OO concepts and design methodologies
- Have the personal qualities noted above

Salary & Benefits
- £28k to £40k (depending on experience); Part Time to be pro rata
- Pension scheme
- 25 days holiday per annum
