This is a fabulous opportunity to become their first ever social media manager. You’ll be part of a small team of highly accomplished marketing professionals and be in charge of planning, implementing and monitoring all of their social media activity across multiple specialist recruitment divisions.
- Social Media Planning: Work collaboratively with other senior team members to explore new themes and large pieces of content they can use to communicate and engage with their audiences; develop and create a social plan, manage interaction projects and competitions.
- Social Media Interaction: Research their sectors, re-post/like/retweet content, communicate trends and ideas to the wider teams.
- Insight and Development: Keep abreast of developments and opportunities in the field of social media, drive performance and continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Proven expertise in managing social media channels to deliver tangible results.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- The ability to generate creative ideas and navigate and manage the social channels for multiple divisions with ease
- A “Can-Do” attitude and a real passion for social media and what you do, with a track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and improve performance.
- Confident with statistics and results reporting.
- A degree level education or a relevant marketing qualification would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
