Internal relationships: Account Management Team, PR Team, Design Team,
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm (plus out of hours monitoring)
To work with clients on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of all social media activity:-
- Supervise daily work of the social media team
- Utilising excellent experience cross a variety of social media platforms, with very strong understanding of the use of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn and management tools such as Hootsuite.
- Develop innovative social media strategies for all businesses within their portfolio.
- Contribute to the development of social media channels for the company and their clients
- Support whole team in planning, creating and implementing social content
- Timely and concise client reporting
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Strong research skills, able to collect and collate information in a timely manner
- Provide social media training to clients and colleagues
- Working to a high standard in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and maintaining good decision making skills
- Utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proof reading
- Great attention to detail with an excellent grasp of the English language
- Active involvement in the creative and pitch processes, presenting social media ideas with confidence and professionalism
Requirements include:
- Minimum of three years’ hands on experience in the social media arena, latterly within a role responsible for content managing key large clients
- Some experience of managing people would be beneficial but training is available
- Ability to work autonomously and remain positive despite sometimes heavy workload
- Proficient, proven and strategic user of social media platforms and management tools
- Creative and original thinker, able to contribute unique ideas for social content
- Results driven, incredibly well organised individual, with bags of confidence
- Full clean driving licence essential
